ABOUT ME:
I WAS TOLD MANY YEARS AGO THAT MY LIFE EXPERIENCES WOULD BE MY GREATEST TEACHERS. WHILE THIS IS TRUE, I HAD SOME HELPING .
HANDS ALONG THE WAY. THIS IS HOW THERAPY, COACHING AND MEDITATION CAME INTO MY LIFE.
ONE THING I LEARNED IS THAT LIFE IS NOT SMOOTH, AND CHANGE IS INEVITABLE. HOW YOU NAVIGATE THESE EXPERIENCES DETERMINES HOW YOU LIVE THEM. AND HOW YOU CAN LEARN FROM THEM TO GROW.
MY MIND WAS ALWAYS A CONSTANT CHATTER THAT NEVER SETTLED. I BELIEVED EVERYTHING IT SAID. IT CREATED SO MUCH ANXIETY. I HELD ON TO PAIN AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND IT CAN BE INTEGRATED. I LET FEAR DICTATE MY CHOICES IN LIFE. I LIVED IN THE FUTURE AND PAST FAR AWAY FROM THE PRESENT.
LIFE IS STILL NOT SMOOTH, BUT MY PERSPECTIVE AND HOW I CHOOSE TO LIVE IT HAS CHANGED.
My passions:
Mother to a beautiful daughter, lover of nature, hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter, lover of astrology and anything tied to spirituality. Huge fan of the "5am Club" and believe that how you start your day can determine your day.
